Feel Alright was born out of chaos — written during a time when everything felt upside down. I was pregnant, overwhelmed, and deeply lonely. The world felt heavy, uncertain, and out of tune. In the middle of that emotional fog, someone saw me — really saw me.
A year after a radio interview, a presenter from that same show reached out again. Not only did he remember me, but he went out of his way — despite hosting a popular and busy program — to bring me back on. I was in such a low place at the time that I couldn't even comprehend why someone would insist on having me back. But he did. He believed in my music, my energy, and reminded me of my worth.”
Feel Alright is a thank you to anyone who’s ever been that one person who sees you in a time of need. It's a celebration of the quiet power of being seen.
