About the Artist

“This EP was a labour of love, bringing together 5 beautifully arranged and produced songs that evoke 5 different parts of myself. These are songs I have crafted and developed over the last few years, and come from experiences of change, anxiety, love, and hope. It has been a dream of mine to have my songs recorded and it is surreal that now Sticky Heart can be shared with the world!” Joanna Adams is a Sydney-based, classically trained soprano and emerging singersongwriter. Her songwriting style draws from a spectrum of classical, pop, musical theatre and folk influences, orbiting around her unique voice and love of storytelling. She also works as an entertainer putting on concerts for residents in aged-care facilities, and loves the way music facilitates meaningful relational connections. Sticky Heart is her debut EP.
