About the Artist
My name is Sage Marie, I am a local Indie artist from Melbourne, and I’m reaching out to share my upcoming single, Yellow Ladybug. This song is deeply personal to me. I wrote it in memory of my grandma, who passed away from cancer the same day, one year ago. Creating it has been part of my way of processing that loss and turning it into something meaningful. All proceeds generated from radio play, streaming, and views will be donated to Cancer Council Australia. I will also be selling Yellow Ladybug keychains on Bandcamp, with a percentage from those going to Cancer Council Australia as well. The goal is simple: to honour her memory while contributing to a cause that impacts so many families.
